Ventilation

SaunaLife GL5 has a gravity-based ventilation system. There’s an intake vent under the sauna heater. It is recommended that the intake vent be near the sauna heater.

The exhaust vent is located in the top corner of the sauna. This ensures good airflow in the sauna.

Health Benefits

Improved Circulation and Cardiovascular Health

The heat from the steam sauna causes blood vessels to dilate, which increases blood flow and circulation throughout the body. This can help improve cardiovascular function, reduce blood pressure, and promote heart health over time.

Detoxification and Skin Health

Steam saunas encourage sweating, which helps the body eliminate toxins through the skin. The steam also opens up pores, promoting clearer skin by flushing out impurities. It can leave the skin feeling rejuvenated and more hydrated.

Muscle Relaxation and Pain Relief

The moist heat of a steam sauna helps relax tense muscles, reduce stiffness, and relieve joint pain. It can be especially beneficial for those recovering from workouts or dealing with conditions like arthritis, as the heat promotes muscle recovery and reduces inflammation.
